职位描述:

1.为中国知名的第三方支付平台解决账号,密码,退款等问题;

 

职位要求:

1. 大专学历;

2. 良好的电话礼仪和技巧,普通话流利;

3. 以客户为导向,主动积极;

4. 普通话标准,嗓音清晰,具备良好的语言表达能力、问题解决能力;

5. 电脑应用及中文输入熟练;

6. 能适应工作压力,接受轮班安排;

7. 电话服务经验优先。

 

二、Operation Manager/呼叫中心运营经理

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage CRM business spanning across multiple processeslike; Voice IB / OB, Chat, Email Support.

2. Complete end to end responsibility of account delivery

3. Responsible for delivering against client SOWs and SLAs

4. Operations leadership for establishing processes,metrics identifications and reporting

5. Ensure roll out of all center standards on Quality,Controls & Compliance and all pertinent housekeeping items for the account

6. Deliver to the Continuous Improvement Objectives for theaccount

7. Understanding and deploying appropriate CONCENTRIX toolsand assets

8. Client relationship management: Manage relationshipswith customers at the senior and middle management level and ensure customersatisfaction

9. Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for keyindicators of the operations to support decision-making

10. Responsible for tracking and driving all processparameters ‘critical to process’ & ‘critical to quality’ for processdelivery

11. Work with HR in the career development activities forteam members, team leaders and managers, including performance management,feedback and training

12. Ensure adequate guidance & training of team membersto ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met

13. Responsible for working with the cross functional teamsto ensure successful delivery of the account managed

14. Ensure 100% compliance of all controls by the deliveryteam

15. Produce timely and effective client reports andCONCENTRIX internal management reports to present the performance of theaccount

16. Ensure delivery of the account per the contract and DOUsigned with the customer

17. Build and develop effective working relationship withthe account PEs

18. Constantly look for and create opportunities of growthof the account

 

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

1. 7+ years working experience, experience with outsourcingbusiness will be a plus.

2. Experience in managing a large account, with 100+people, Excellent management skills

3. Deep expertise in understanding Call metrics / AVAYA CMSreports / Call center productivity reports

4. Strong English skills

5. Client relationship management. Problem determinationand be able to make crisp action plans

6. People Management – Facilitate a healthy and amotivating environment

7. Preferable to have Six Sigma / Quality certification /Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) etc.

8. Understanding and Focus on Business Controls / Processadherence and Compliance

9. Be able to establish strong working relationship withinternal CONCENTRIX and functional teams.

10. Some experience with transition and project managementconcepts / methodology is preferred.

 

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)

1. Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP

1. Experience within the contact center industry OR

2. Sales Management Experience with IT industry
